IMEX America, Visit California Booth

A custom trade show exhibit for IMEX America featuring oversized dimensional letter panels that captured the energy and diversity of California as a meetings destination.

Challenge

Visit California needed a trade show booth for IMEX America that would stand out on a crowded exhibit floor and capture the energy of California as a meetings destination. The booth needed to be visually bold and instantly recognizable from a distance.

Solution

Show Gear designed and built a custom exhibit featuring oversized dimensional "CALIFORNIA" letter panels as the primary visual element. Each letter used colorful, California-inspired graphics in blue, yellow, and orange tones.

Execution

The exhibit was constructed with large-format dimensional letter structures mounted on a raised platform, custom printed graphics on each panel, integrated meeting spaces, and branded signage.

Results

The Visit California booth was one of the most visually distinctive exhibits on the IMEX show floor, drawing consistent foot traffic and providing an effective meeting space for the client's hosted buyer program.
